Bullying Reporting Form
Bullying is unwanted, aggressive behaviors among school aged children that involves a real or perceived power imbalance. The behavior is repeated, or has the potential to be repeated over time.
Key elements of bullying in a school setting include:
1. Aggressive Behavior: Actions that are intended to cause harm or discomfort to another student.
2. Power Imbalance: The bully uses their power—such as physical strength, access to embarrassing information, or popularity—to control or harm others.
3. Repetition: Bullying behaviors happen more than once or have the potential to happen multiple times.
4. Impact on the Victim: The victim of bullying may experience physical, emotional, or social harm, which can affect their well-being and academic performance.
